Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus has its own validity period; if wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• jettbu reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If misuse of bonus benefits is proven, the bonus and related winnings will be forfeited.

VIP Program

Regular players can participate in our three-tier VIP program: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (up to 0.7%) and Gold (up to 1.0%). VIP membership terms and benefits are subject to change.

All gaming and betting activities on jettbu are conducted under policies that ensure fair play. The following rules apply:

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any available balance must be withdrawn through the designated method before closure.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. If there is any difference between the Bengali version and the English version of these terms, the Bengali version will take precedence.
